I've always planned my own trips. Why start now?
Most of the travelers we work with planned their own for years. What changes is the trip — a milestone anniversary, a first river cruise, a multigenerational gathering — where the stakes and the moving parts have outgrown a spreadsheet.
Question 02
What does handing it over actually look like?
A conversation, first. We listen for how you like to travel, then propose an itinerary, refine it with you, and handle the reservations, the suppliers, and the details end to end. You approve. We do the work.
Question 03
Will I lose control of the trip?
The opposite. You keep every decision that matters — where, when, what kind of ship, which side trips — and hand off the hours of research, holds, and back-and-forth that don't. Nothing books without your sign-off.
Question 04
Is it more expensive than booking it myself?
Usually not. We hold preferred-partner rates, shipboard credits, and amenities that aren't on the public site, and we place you with the suppliers whose service matches what you're paying for.

What they asked for
Our clients wanted an immersive experience of the most popular destinations in Italy: Venice, Florence and Rome. They particularly wanted to experience the history, art and cuisine of this gorgeous and fascinating country.
What we booked
We created a custom independent tour flying from Kansas City to Venice, to Florence for a few days, then on to Rome. Air and rail transportation and private transfers were included. We arranged premium hotels in each city selected to facilitate visits to the most interesting sites and introductory tours to jump start each city visit. We also arranged museum and Vatican visits and a side trip through Tuscan wine country to San Gimignano.
