Why hosted
The difference is who is standing on the dock with you.
We are actually there
Not a name on a brochure. We sail with the group, eat with the group, and sort out whatever needs sorting on the ground.
The group is small
A handful of travelers on a ship of a hundred and fifty, or a familiar table on a larger one. Company when you want it, none when you don't.
Everything around the trip is handled
Air from Kansas City or anywhere else, the nights before, the transfers, the insurance conversation, the day you would rather skip the excursion.
